1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy after receiving the product if they wish to return an eligible item.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

4. Cancellation by The Style Hub

The Style Hub reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Operational or logistical limitations

In such cases, customers will be notified and any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment:

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers

6. Modification of Orders

Once an order has been placed, modifications such as changes to products, size, color, quantity, or shipping address may not always be possible.

Customers should contact support immediately if any changes are required.
